Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Belgium. Wherever you ride, we'll get your BeAlive eyewear to you.
Shipping costs
- Free worldwide shipping when you order two or more pairs.
- For single-pair orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination:
- Belgium & the Netherlands: €6,00
- Rest of the European Union: €10,00
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Belgium & the Netherlands: 3-5 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 5-7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — delays at the carrier or at customs can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with trusted carriers including bpost, PostNL, DPD, DHL and GLS, depending on your destination. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Customs, duties & taxes (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by your local customs authority. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. BeAlive has no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@bealive.one — we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost or damaged parcels
Did your parcel arrive damaged, or has it been unusually long in transit? Contact us at info@bealive.one (with photos in case of damage) and we'll sort it out with the carrier. You will never be left dealing with a lost parcel on your own.
