Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14-day cooling-off period

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Simply email us within that period at returns@bealive.one, quoting your order number. You then have another 14 days to actually return the item.

Return conditions

To qualify for a refund, we ask the following:

  • The eyewear is unworn and undamaged (trying them on is of course fine, just as you would in a store).
  • All original items are included: the hard case, the microfiber cleaning cloth, the soft storage pouch, the neck cord and the packaging.

How to return your order

  1. Email returns@bealive.one with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a confirmation with return instructions. Returns are sent to: BeAlive, Dorpsplein 3, 9940 Evergem, Belgium
  3. Send the parcel with sufficient postage. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment — the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method as your original payment. The refund includes the purchase price as well as the standard shipping costs of your original order, where applicable.

Received a defective or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@bealive.one, including a photo. We will resolve it at no cost to you: a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. As a consumer, you also benefit from the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian and EU law.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model or lens colour? Mention it in your email to returns@bealive.one and we'll arrange an exchange instead of a refund, subject to availability.
